We are looking for experienced Sustainability Consultants to join our team and help navigate complex sustainability challenges while delivering measurable impact.

About the role

As a Sustainability Consultant at Copenhagen Changery, you’ll design and implement strategies that enable businesses to meet their sustainability goals, ensuring compliance with frameworks like the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). From conducting double materiality assessments to stakeholder engagement and developing our sustainability practices, your work will create value for clients and their stakeholders.

Our clients include a mix of Nordic and international companies, giving you the opportunity to work across diverse industries and cultures, tackling global sustainability challenges while delivering localised solutions.

You will be working with reference to our Practice Lead, Amanda Simonsen, a leading ESG expert renowned for her expertise in sustainability development, reporting, and compliance.

What we are looking for

-              A strong analytical and data-oriented mindset with the ability to approach complex challenges strategically

-              You have knowledge of CSRD, ESG, and Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) implementation

-              You have a few years of experience in a consulting role or within a sustainability-focused corporate function

-              A team player with a strong drive for making a positive impact on clients and colleagues  

What to expect during the hiring process

As part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to complete and present a case for a fictitious company preparing for CSRD compliance. This will help us assess your ability to break down complex topics, structure solutions, and focus on delivering actionable outcomes.
