Thomas Vejlemand, CEO & Co-founder
SØREN HENRIKSEN
CO-FOUNDER, PARTNER
Søren Henriksen has served as a board member at KMD for 10 years, where he was responsible for "Growth and Strategy" and led KMD Ventures. He has also held roles as Country Lead and partner at IBM, management consultant at PwC, and board member at Dansk Erhverv.

Søren specialises in IT business management, including SaaS and Quantum Computing, complex business transformations, strategy, and M&A. He is actively involved in several professional committees focused on Quantum Computing and Cybersecurity.

THOMAS VEJLEMAND
CO-FOUNDER, PARTNER
Thomas was most recently the CEO of Infomedia for 9 years. With 25 years of experience as CCO, CEO, and board member in consultancy, SaaS, and digital agencies, he specialises in business development and digital transformation. He also has a background at PwC.

Thomas is the co-founder of Nordic Fintech Angels and has a proven track record in scaling companies and building high-performance teams.

AMANDA KOEFOED SIMONSEN
PARTNER
Amanda has a strong background in ESG strategy, M&A, reporting, and compliance, and is currently pursuing a CFA in ESG Investing. She has lobbying experience at Christiansborg, the UN in New York, and EY, and has most recently worked as a Manager at an ESG consulting firm.

Amanda is the founder of the ESG & Corporate Sustainability Network and serves as a board member of Djøf.
