Amanda Koefoed Simonsen
Amanda has a strong background in ESG strategy, M&A, reporting, and compliance, and is currently pursuing a CFA in ESG Investing.
She has experience in advocacy at the Danish Parliament (Christiansborg), at the United Nations in New York, with EY, and most recently worked as a Manager at an ESG advisory firm.
Amanda is the founder of the ESG & Corporate Sustainability Network and serves as a board member at Djøf.

Lars Nørgaard
Over the past 15 years, Lars has grown and developed consulting and service businesses within IT and digitalization at companies such as Predica and NNIT. He is a former Services Director at Microsoft and has previously worked as a management consultant at PA Consulting and Accenture.
Lars specializes in digital acceleration that enhances companies’ products and services by leveraging modern cloud technologies and XaaS-based process and business models.

Thomas Vejlemand
Thomas is CEO and Partner at Copenhagen Changery. Most recently, he served as CEO of Infomedia for nine years and has 25 years of experience as CCO, CEO, and board member within consulting, SaaS, and digital agencies.
He specializes in business development and digital transformation and has a professional background from PwC.
Thomas is a co-founder of Nordic Fintech Angels and has a strong track record in scaling businesses and building high-performance teams.

Simone has over five years of experience as a consultant and management advisor at Deloitte and Kearney, with a focus on strategy, leadership development, and more recently, optimization programs - particularly in private equity-owned companies.

Søren Sørensen
Søren has over 30 years of experience managing complex IT system implementations, including SAP solutions.
He has held responsibilities as a CIO and has worked as an external advisor and management consultant. Søren is an expert in IT sourcing strategy, developing plans and implementing solutions, including in connection with M&A projects involving SAP.
He brings deep business understanding, technical insight, and a proven ability to lead successful digital transformation initiatives.

Peter is an analyst at Copenhagen Changery. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics and IT at Copenhagen Business Academy and has a strong interest in digitalization and business development.
With experience in IT support, baggage handling, and study-related digital projects, he has developed a solid understanding of structured problem-solving and the use of technology.
