Data-driven scenario analysis as a foundation for sustainable business development
Copenhagen Changery and Basinghall Analytics have entered into a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening companies’ ability to manage ESG-related risks and identify new business opportunities in a world marked by increasing volatility, market uncertainty, and geopolitical unrest.

The partnership is founded on a shared ambition to develop an analytical, data-driven approach to scenario analysis that supports robust, future-proof strategies. Through advanced risk modeling and scenario-based decision-making tools, we help companies translate complex risk landscapes into concrete strategic actions.

As ESG becomes an integrated part of financial decision-making- rather than just a reporting requirement - the ability to understand and quantify future risks is becoming critical. This is especially true in light of upcoming requirements from the Financial Supervisory Authority mandating that ESG risks be integrated into credit assessments and capital requirements, directly impacting access to capital and risk pricing.

With Basinghall Analytics’ extensive experience from working with institutions such as the Bank of England, Citi Bank, and BlackRock, the partnership enhances our strategic advisory services - where advanced analytics and ESG seamlessly converge. This is particularly relevant for sectors facing significant transition or physical climate risks.

Copenhagen Changery and PinPointers have entered into a collaboration agreement centered on the Business Model Canvas as a strategic model for driving strategy and innovation processes.
The agreement includes the use of the web application "AI RESILIENCE Advisor," powered by artificial intelligence, which effectively supports rethinking and developing business models.

AI RESILIENCE Advisor is a digital agent designed to participate in strategic processes with our clients. In close collaboration with management and employees, it assists with ideation, benchmarking, optimization, and the development of business models and strategic focus areas related to goals such as growth, resilience, sustainability, and digital transformation.

Together, PinPointers and Copenhagen Changery have also initiated the development of the "AI SUSTAINABILITY Advisor" to support the creation of sustainable business models and strengthen competitiveness in this area. The ambition also includes the development of the "AI DIGITALIZATION Advisor" to help identify digitalization potential in companies and organizations.

The Business Model Canvas was developed by Swiss entrepreneur Alexander Osterwalder. Michael N. Wilkens and PinPointers were the first to apply the concept in 2006 as a tool for bringing new perspectives and creativity into strategy development processes.

Advisory on Circular Economy and Product Information
Copenhagen Changery and PUFIN-ID enter a partnership to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in complying with upcoming EU circular economy legislation – including the Digital Product Passport (DPP) under the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR).

Copenhagen Changery contributes expertise in regulation and circular economy, while PUFIN-ID provides physical-digital security tags, called O-KEYs, which make each product authentic, traceable, and verifiable – with a single scan.

Together, we offer an integrated solution that connects product traceability with ESG compliance. The partnership helps SMEs collect and manage key data – such as COâ‚‚ footprint, materials, and recyclability – for use in both the DPP and reporting under CSRD and ESRS. A joint SaaS solution will support upcoming requirements for increased supply chain transparency.

The collaboration also supports circular business models like reuse and product-as-a-service by ensuring infrastructure for data transparency throughout the product’s entire lifecycle.

The partnership provides SMEs with a simple and scalable path to meet EU sustainability requirements and strengthen the resilience and regulatory compliance of their supply chains.
