A new way to think about strategy
At Copenhagen Changery, we are working to make strategy development engaging, data-driven, and action-oriented. The central focus is the managerial dialogue about opportunities and challenges, and the coherence of decisions. Simultaneously, we enrich the strategy process with insights from AI-supported tools. We are introducing the “Changery Grid” for external environmental analysis and “Business Model AI-Resilience” for the analysis and development of business models.

1. External environmental analysis with the Changery Grid
The "Changery Grid" uses artificial intelligence to create a data-driven overview of the company's strategic situation. We can deliver the groundwork for a classic external environmental analysis in a structured report format within a few hours. It is an effective way to gather trends and market data, providing an immediate indication of opportunities, challenges, and focus areas to prepare for a strategy process.
2. Strategy development with the Business Model Canvas
We use the Business Model Canvas for strategy and business development in a digital and AI-supported version. The company gains access to an interactive strategy tool that easily involves managers across different locations. The tool assists with information gathering and supports idea generation, innovation, and benchmarking throughout the process. It helps describe processes, structures, and areas of focus for executing the strategy and achieving defined goals. The result is a visualisation and underlying description of the business model, value chain, and areas of focus, translated into action plans and "must-win battles" for managers*
3. Stress-testing and adapting strategy
Our strategy tools also make it possible to "stress-test" the company’s business model in relation to resilience (financial robustness), sustainability, and digitalisation. Our AI agent has built-in search lenses in these areas, seeking inspiration from competitors and relevant industries locally and globally, and also uncovering relevant regulations.
Experience all of this and more in the new methodology section on our website.
