Business Model Canvas - AI-supported

Your business model in one view

Business Model Canvas (BMC) is used to describe, design and develop a company’s business model(s). The model consists of nine building blocks that give an overview of how a company creates, delivers and develops value across the value chain. We use an AI version of BMC that makes it possible to test the business model for resilience, sustainability and digitalisation. The model was developed by Michael Wilkens and PinPointers.

Business Model Canvas makes it easy to see what drives the business, what holds it back, and where new opportunities lie. It creates a shared language for the leadership team so decisions on target groups, offerings, investments and partnerships become more focused, data-driven and action-oriented.

Value proposition is the core of the business: the clear promise of the difference you create for the customer. A strong value proposition makes customers choose you – and stay with you.

Revenue streams show where and how the business makes its money. They make it clear what actually drives the economics, and where new opportunities arise.

Channels are the bridge between you and your customers. This is where your promise becomes visible, accessible and delivered in the way that creates the most value for the customer.

CHANGERY GRID - AI-understøttet

A strategic overview that makes complex choices easier

Changery Grid is used for an external environment analysis that maps the company’s strategic position and key market parameters in relation to its financial performance. The company’s position is plotted in the Changery Grid and supported by a 4–6 page report outlining challenges, opportunities and recommended focus areas. The analysis can be used on its own or as the starting point for a strategy process together with the Business Model Canvas. We have developed an AI model that makes it possible to analyse large data sets on the company’s market in a short time.

The result is a clear placement in a 3×3 strategic landscape that shows whether the company operates in a stable, challenged or overloaded market – and what this means concretely for the leadership agenda. This makes subsequent discussions about direction, investments and pace more focused and fact-based.

Typologies in Changery Grid

Changery Grid divides the business into one of nine grids, each representing a typology – a specific combination of internal strategic friction and external complexity. This makes it easier to see where the company is robust, where it is overloaded, and where there is untapped potential.

Stable operations and stagnant growth, with a risk of falling into a comfort trap and reacting too late to market changes.

High growth under strong external pressure, where the volume of initiatives strains structures and margins and calls for stronger governance.

High growth and many initiatives under significant external pressure challenge structures and margins and require reinforced governance before further scaling.
