Selected themes for 2025
Our new event format, Wonderwall, is designed to inspire and engage, offering both physical and online sessions. We’ve kicked off with online sessions on CSRD reporting and productivity, but we are already working on new themes and formats for 2025, as outlined below:

With a more permanent office, our Wonderwall events will live a life of their own, a la the example above
Effective integration "post M&A": (physical event, exclusive invitation, with customer case)
Acquiring a company is challenging, but as many know, the real work begins after the acquisition, during the integration of management, organisation, customer portfolios, processes, products, and IT systems. This integration is crucial to achieving cost savings and realising growth targets. Søren Henriksen and Thomas Vejlemand, partners at Copenhagen Changery, will share their perspectives on a successful integration process, including a customer case example.
Sustainability strategy, innovation and financing of initiatives (physical event, exclusive invitation, expert participation)
While much focus has been placed on CSRD reporting and compliance, this event will explore sustainability strategy and the innovative opportunities that arise from purposefully working with sustainability. We will show how the "Business Model Canvas" strategy tool can be used to develop a sustainability strategy closely aligned with company goals and explore how to develop new business models and ideas. Additionally, we will focus on financing sustainability initiatives, covering various financing options and support schemes. Experts in green finance will also participate.
Development of the IT operating model of the future (physical event, exclusive invitation, expert participation)
As companies grow, it’s vital to examine their IT operating models in light of current technological developments. This is particularly important due to advancements in AI, new IT hosting models, cyber risks, and increased IT security requirements. We’ll invite experts to facilitate an exciting discussion on the challenges, considerations, and necessary measures in a world filled with opportunities, but also growing complexity and risks.
CSRD as a platform for value creation (Physical event - exclusive invitation - expert participation)
In this session, Amanda K. Simonsen, partner at Copenhagen Changery, will challenge the conventional view of CSRD as merely a compliance requirement. She will explore how companies can leverage CSRD to drive profitability and create sustainable value. Participants will gain practical strategies for integrating CSRD into their business models and turning regulatory obligations into growth and innovation opportunities.
"Concrete Actions and Careful Actions - The ESG Mindset" (Webinar)
Amanda K. Simonsen, partner at Copenhagen Changery, has developed a module for teaching at "London University" on the "necessary ESG mindset" for business leaders. In this session, Amanda will share insights on the practical steps and committed actions needed to develop an effective Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) mindset. She will provide guidance on how companies can implement concrete measures not only to meet ESG standards but also to promote sustainable growth and innovation. Attendees will learn the importance of careful actions in incorporating ESG principles into core business strategies and operations.
This event is a must for business leaders, sustainability professionals, and anyone interested in the changing landscape of corporate responsibility. Gain valuable perspectives and actionable insights from one of the leading experts in ESG strategy and compliance.
Stay tuned: More details on the events, including time and location, will be shared here and via LinkedIn. We look forward to seeing you there!
