Thomas Vejlemand - "Walk around a bit.."

"Go around a bit..." was one of the key messages from Thomas Vejlemand during his visit to PwC at the end of September, where he hosted a session for the 360 Finance Network . The session was broadly aimed, covering the following key areas:

Management:

Get out into the organisation and be present among your colleagues. This is where – not behind the desk – you gain the real insights.

Career:

Sometimes career growth requires taking a detour or a step back to make room for something bigger – such as landing your first management role, for instance.

Network:

Get involved, seek out new people, and start building your network early. It’s an investment, but one that will pay off.
